What the price is
Every figure on this site is a market estimate from the source named beside it, dated where it is shown. A price belongs to a finish — a foil and a plain copy of one printing are different money, and a card’s page shows each. Condition is yours to judge: a played copy sells for less than the feed’s number, and nothing here appraises the card in your hand or guarantees what anybody will pay.
Reading the code on a Pokémon card
Along the bottom edge. An expansion code, then the collector number over the number of cards in the set. The leading zeros are padding and make no difference. Find a card by its code takes that line for any of the five games, and explains what to do when a card prints none.
Holding the card? Point your phone at it.
The OtterDex app reads the line along the bottom edge of the card and gives the answer this page gives — which printing, and what it is worth today — on the phone, in a second, free, with no account. When it cannot read a card it says so rather than guessing.
